Chiropractor's claim that sublaxations of the spine cause your organs to not get what they need. How true?

Chiropractor’s claim that your organs will not get proper blood flow and nutrients if you have a sublaxation in your spinal cord. They say that having a properly aligned spine prevents ALL health issues from occuring. They say to only visit doctors for emergency care. I am not a chiropractor or doctor. Is this true?

it is actually true, i thought it was a load of crap until i went to a chiropractor after i put my neck out. He started looking at my back and rattled off all the conditions i had, without me saying a word. It was evident because of where my spine was out. After months of regular treatment, most of my issues have been resolved… something i never thought would happen because i thought i was stuck with them for life.

I have since done a course in Dorn Spinal Therapy which works on re-aligning the spine without cracking or manipulation, and during the training any other issues were brought to the surface and resolved. Between the 2, it has changed my life.
